appreciated a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers in the room. the location was marvellous and unbeatable for arusha, really close to safari, and the garden. accommodating staff plus the breakfast was very good.

Every time I'm in Arusha, I choose this place. They offer warm, beautifully maintained rooms with a balcony and an amazing view. - There is a coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. - the location is easy, convenient for a safari. - It is really close to the garden, Mount Meru, and a large avenue.

The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the location was convenient as it was close to many businesses and attractions. Plus, the outdoor area with the greenery was a nice added touch.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired: worn out bedsheets, a foul smell in the toilet, and in one instance even a worm. there was a lot of noise coming from other guests and the building next door, making it difficult to fall asleep at night.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes including pancakes and fresh fruits. The friendly staff also provided excellent service and gave us tips on local attractions to visit. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the main road and supermarkets.

We noticed that the room we stayed in had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom had mold and an unpleasant odor, and we also spotted stains on the towels and sheets.

I had a lovely stay at New Charity Hotel International! The price value was fantastic, as I got a spacious suite with a huge bathroom and balcony for a great price. The garden was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, just like in the pictures. The rooms exceeded my expectations and looked even better in person. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of cooked meals and even soup. The a la carte restaurant was a delight, serving delicious food and refreshing juices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with any issues I had. The hotel also provided complimentary luggage storage, which was a huge help. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay before or after a safari, I highly recommend this hotel.
